SMOKED JALAPENO
The Julepeño
Ingredients:

1/4 oz Fernet Branca
-
7-9 Clapped Mint Leaves
-
3/4 oz Fruitful Smoked Jalapeño
-
2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
Directions:
-
Rinse rocks glass with Fernet Branca
-
Clap mint leaves and add to glass
-
Add Fruitful Smoked Jalapeño and lightly muddle
-
Add Bourbon and top glass with crushed ice
-
Stir glass approx. 30 seconds until the outside starts to chill
-
Top with more crushed ice and stir again
-
Garnish: Slice Fresh Jalapeño
