SMOKED JALAPENO

The Julepeño

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz Fernet Branca

  • 7-9 Clapped Mint Leaves

  • 3/4 oz Fruitful Smoked Jalapeño

  • 2 oz Four Roses Bourbon

Directions:

  • Rinse rocks glass with Fernet Branca

  • Clap mint leaves and add to glass

  • Add Fruitful Smoked Jalapeño and lightly muddle

  • Add Bourbon and top glass with crushed ice

  • Stir glass approx. 30 seconds until the outside starts to chill

  • Top with more crushed ice and stir again

  • Garnish: Slice Fresh Jalapeño
