Ingredients:

1 Whole Egg

1 & 1/2 oz Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey

1 oz Fruitful Mission Fig

1/2 oz Irish Cream
Directions:

Crack egg and add to cocktail shaker

Combine remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake aggressively without ice

Once ingredients are emulsified, add ice and aggressively shake again
-
Double strain into a chilled martini coup

Garnish: Grated nutmeg
